For the the new or developing intro wrestler. Learn the basic positions of wrestling and wrestling related movements to prepare for our Intro level 2 session.

For wrestlers that have completed our intro 1 session AND/OR are competent in the basic positions of wrestling our coaches will evaluate wrestler's competency to determine if they are ready for this class.

This session is for wrestlers who have completed the requirements of Intro Youth Level 2 or already have advanced wrestling experience. In addition, we will be having pop-up classes for master-a-move, dopamineo training, and additional open mat days - All included.
Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday until November 24th. Then Wednesdays will be included until February 11th.
Cost: $325

*You must be at least 9 years old to participate. Only athletes enrolled in wrestling are allowed to participate.
