    RRWC FULL OFFERING SURVEY

First off, thank you all for being part of the Red Roots family.  We have been working incredibly hard at providing the best wrestling experience for our members. With the installation of new mats in December, a locker room in April, and the addition of a weight room this past week, we are striving to create a one-of-a-kind training center on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

With school ending and the summer session approaching, there will be lots of time for wrestling. We are hoping to gauge the level of interest for an all-inclusive training offering from RRWC.  If you would be so kind as to take a moment to complete the survey below, it would go a long way in helping us determine what the summer would look like. This survey is anonymous but you are free to share your name at the end of the survey.

    Thank you!

Weightlifting for wrestling focuses on building strength, power, and explosiveness through compound lifts and accessory exercises that mimic wrestling movements. Compound lifts, like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and overhead presses
This training would consist of Dopamineo band training with specific exercises that will improve all aspects of your wrestling. With 20 bands for athletes between 45lbs to 285lbs and access to 300 different workouts, athletes will experience a whole new way to train.
Train your mind like you train your body! With certified Mindset instructors, we can help with hesitant and cautious wrestlers. We can help with the fear of losing or making mistakes. Stop underperforming in matches and losing to kids you know you should be beating. Overcome the mental blocks keeping you from winning.
Tumbling helps core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, all of which are crucial for wrestling. Additionally, some gymnastic movements, like back handsprings and somersaults, can be adapted for wrestling techniques like throws and defenses.
An additional time slot once a week for open mat. Grab a partner and roll!
A class that works on one specific move. Come in and train the move, and walk out knowing it!
Thank you for taking the time to complete this brief survey.  We hope to announce our summer plans soon.
